Croeso i Ysgol Gynradd Coed Glas - Welcome to Coed Glas Primary School

On behalf of all the children, staff, and governors, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the Coed Glas Primary School website. We hope it gives you an insight into the vibrant and supportive life of our school community.

Coed Glas is a large primary school located in Llanishen, in the north of Cardiff. We offer up to three forms of entry each year and are proud to be a welcoming, inclusive school where every child is encouraged to thrive.

We believe that learning should be active, engaging, and creative. At Coed Glas, we encourage children to embrace challenges and celebrate their successes. We are proud of our unique, purposeful, and diverse curriculum, which reflects the needs and interests of our learners.

Our strong core values guide everything we do, helping us to nurture well-rounded, independent children. We aim to prepare our pupils for the future by providing rich learning experiences that equip them to make a positive contribution to the wider world.
