As the school was closed on Friday 2 March due to snow, we are pleased to announce that the Welsh Afternoon Tea will now take place on Friday 20 April 2018 from 3.30pm to 5.00pm.

Our Welsh Afternoon Tea aims to promote the Welsh language at Coed Glas.  Learn Welsh with your child, family and friends whilst enjoying some home baked cakes and sweet treats all washed down with unlimited tea, coffee or squash for only £3.50 per person

There are a limited number of tickets available for our Welsh Afternoon Tea.   If you would like tickets (£3.50 per person) for this delightful event, please include the following in an envelope and hand it to your child's teacher promptly and no later than Monday 26 March

- Name of child

- Child's teacher

- Number of tickets required

- Your contact phone number

- Cash/Cheque (payable to Coed Glas PTA)

Tickets will be distributed evenly across the year groups on a first come first served basis.

We offer a concession for families with more than 2 children who would like to attend the event so please contact us to discuss.

In addition, where possible, we will try and provide allergen free alternatives so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note 

• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Price is per person. Each person attending the event must have a ticket, i.e. a ticket is required for a child and a ticket is required for an adult.
• Only 1 Time Credit will be accepted per family/party/group/booking
• Although we try to provide alternatives for children and adults with special diets, we cannot guarantee that all food will be allergen free.
