Our core values

Values are deeply held beliefs about what is important or desirable. They are expressed through the ways in which we think and act.

Every decision relating to curriculum and every interaction that takes place in our school reflects the values of the individuals involved and the collective values of the institution.

Staff at Coed Glas have prioritised four core values which guide our work with the aim of ensuring that we work harmoniously as a team of people to provide the best possible school for the children, their families and the community.

Respect                   

We will respect the school, our colleagues, the children, their parents and visitors to the school.

Responsibility       

We will all take responsibility for the success of the school.  Each one of us has a vital role to play in supporting the children and each other.

Co-operation         

We will work co-operatively as a team of staff for the benefit of each other and the children.
